Do you love cooking – and are you ready for new taste experiences?
At Spiced, we dive into Indian vegetarian cuisine, where spices take center stage.
We make everything completely from scratch – including dishes like thayir, halva, and vadai, and you’ll learn how to create intense flavors with simple ingredients.
We’ll also go on a shopping trip to some of Herning’s specialty stores, where we’ll find ingredients you may never have tried before.
Along the way, we’ll taste, chat, and eat together – and you’ll take all the recipes home so you can impress friends and family with your new, delicious Indian dishes.

About the instructor
Your instructor is Koushihan Radhakrishnan. As the name probably reveals, I have a Tamil background. I love the aroma of the many different spices that are part of Indian cooking. I truly enjoy cooking and find it inspiring to introduce others to exciting curry dishes and spice blends. I look forward to sharing my passion for and knowledge of Tamil cuisine as we spend cozy and enjoyable hours together in the kitchen
