Aqua Power – high-energy water training

Aqua Power is water-based training with higher intensity, faster pace and plenty of energy. In just 45 minutes, you’ll get a fun and effective workout in the 25-metre pool at Herning Svømmehal, focusing on strength, cardio and fat burning.

The session includes short, high-energy sequences set to great music, creating a motivating and upbeat atmosphere.

Thanks to the water’s resistance, you can burn up to three times more energy than doing similar exercises on land.

Aqua Power is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience.

You don’t need to know how to swim – you’ll stay in shallow water where you can stand.
