Would you like to challenge yourself and experience what cold, warmth, and calm can do for both body and mind? Then this winter bathing course at UngHerning is for you.

The course includes two winter bathing sessions, both followed by sauna. The first session starts at UngHerning, where we travel together by youth school bus to Arnborg Lake. The second session takes place at Fuglsang Lake, where we meet on site. You will be guided safely into the cold water and afterwards into the warmth of the sauna, with time for relaxation and reflection.

The course is for everyone – even if you have never tried winter bathing before. The focus is on safety, community, and a positive shared experience.

👨‍🏫 Your instructor

Your instructor is Vicky. She is an experienced winter bather and ice swimmer and is actively involved as chairperson of several winter bathing associations. She bathes daily all year round and will guide you safely through the experience.

• A cup for a hot drink
