Want to learn how to bake bread that actually tastes like something – crisp, airy, and 100% homemade?
We will dive into the magical qualities of sourdough. You’ll get your own live sourdough starter to take home, learn how to keep it alive (without it being too nerdy or complicated), and leave with a proofing basket and a loaf so you can bake bread far better than the boring supermarket versions.
We’ll work without fancy machines – just flour, water, sourdough, your hands, and a good mood.

My name is Josefine, I’m 22 years old, and I’ve loved baking and cooking since I was a kid. I’ve had a sourdough starter (named Mr. Weise) since 9th grade. He’s even been frozen a few times when I didn’t have time to take care of him. More recently, I ran a sourdough pop-up bakery in Herning called Thues Brød, where he was a regular. Now I’m excited to share some of him with you, so you too can experience the joy of freshly baked sourdough bread and rolls!
And pssst… don’t eat too much before coming, since the meal will be sourdough bread, whipped butter, and barista coffee.
Bring an apron if you have one.
