Reformer training is a form of Pilates that uses a specialized machine with a sliding carriage, springs, straps, and handles to create resistance and strengthen the entire body, with a focus on the core, balance, flexibility, and body control.

EMS training is a workout method in which electrical impulses are sent to the muscles via electrodes placed on the skin to trigger intense muscle contractions that mimic the body’s natural signals, resulting in effective strength and muscle building in a shorter amount of time.
