About Sygeplejebutikken

My name is Rikke R. Kristensen. I started Sygeplejebutikken in December 2009 with the goal of providing healthcare professionals in Denmark with the opportunity to purchase nursing equipment to make their daily lives easier. I became a registered nurse in 2003 and have worked in the healthcare sector since 1997, first as an unskilled worker and later as a social and healthcare assistant before completing my nursing education. In 2014, I left my full-time job in Viborg to dedicate myself entirely to Sygeplejebutikken. Since its inception, I have expanded the store to include a wide range of products. In early 2015, Sygeplejebutikken began offering a large selection of nursing articles for both professional and private users. I've long wanted to expand to the Nordic countries, and in 2015, I opened a sister store in Sweden. Our sister site, SSKbutiken, helps Swedish healthcare professionals have an easier workday. Sygeplejebutikken is also active on social media. I have a Facebook group where news and competitions are posted regularly.
