Woman Corner is, in many ways, a class that you help shape together with me.

We will explore topics such as:
● Understanding the female menstrual cycle
● Journaling and personal reflections
● Gentle movement
● Conversations and discussions
● Cozy social time

There is room for everyone here. You do not need any prior experience. All you have to do is show up as you are.
