Get to Know Your Car

Are you tired of not knowing what it means when a warning light appears on your dashboard?

Would you like to be able to check the most important things on your car without being a trained mechanic?

In the Car Workshop, you’ll get hands-on learning in the workshop where we explore together how to keep your car running, safe, and cheaper to maintain. We’ll work practically with the car and go through the things anyone should be able to handle themselves.

You will learn how to check oil, fluids, and tires, replace bulbs and wipers, and handle small things that can make a big difference for your car’s performance. We’ll also talk about how to prepare your car for inspection and how to spot small issues before they turn into bigger – and more expensive – repairs.

There will also be the opportunity to work on your own car if you’d like. Whether you’re already a bit of a car enthusiast or you’ve never opened the hood before, this workshop is for you. We help each other learn more about cars in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

About the Instructor

Karsten has more than 25 years of experience teaching automotive basics at UngHerning. With so many years in the workshop, he knows just about everything there is to know about cars, mechanics, and creating a great learning environment.

He will guide you safely through the course, and you decide how much oil you want on your hands.
