Then our boxing training at Terminalen is the perfect fit for you!
Here you’ll get high intensity, technical drills, and plenty of sweat – all while becoming part of a strong and supportive community.
It’s a fun and challenging way to get in shape, whether you’re completely new to boxing or already have experience.
The start date is January 20, and we train every Monday from 6:00–7:00 PM, except for weeks 7, 14, and 15 due to winter and Easter holidays.

Former competitive boxer, works as a social educator, and previously part of the SSP team at UngHerning.
⭐ Thomas, 34
22 years of experience as a Thaiboxer and a trained bricklayer. Known for his technique, discipline, and humor during training.
