Join Herning Social Running Club and try sauna infusion at Herning Swimming Centre.

We meet at the entrance of Herning Swimming Centre, where we will start the run together.
We begin with a one-hour run at a relaxed pace and finish with sauna infusion, with the option of a cold dip in the cold water pool.

The sauna is located outside the main pool area, with glass walls and views of the outdoor all-year pool.
Sauna infusion is a calming form of aromatherapy led by an experienced sauna master, using essential oils and heat to create relaxation and balance.

Please remember to bring a towel for the sauna.
