The instructor teaches gentle yoga, suitable for both beginners and more experienced participants.
Gentle yoga is a calm and accessible form of yoga where we work the whole body through short flows. The focus is on different muscle groups, flexibility, and stretching. You will be introduced to basic exercises, with time for relaxation and grounding along the way.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
